Shopping Cart
All the items that you have in your shopping cart appear in your order during Checkout. If you do not want to order all the items, simply edit your shopping cart first and click "Update". When you click "Submit Order" we verify your credit card. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click "Order Now."

Methods of payment
We accept cheques and money orders but these orders will be classes as pending until we receive cheque or money order funds into our account. Freeway Online Shop accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and BankCard. If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.

Tax policy
We are required to collect GST on service items sold to customers in Australia.

Returns and Exchanges
Event fees are not transferable or refundable except where noted in the individual event conditions.

Freeway uses a Secure Internet Payment Gateway to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card transactions over the Internet. Confidential information including client credit card details are encrypted the moment they are transmitted from the clients browser to the banking network using industry standard SSL 128-bit RC4 encryption technology. Client credit card details are not stored anywhere on the Internet and the only company who has access to this data is the merchants bank. The bank also sends confirmation information via the same encryption technology back to the clients browser. These secure processes provide clients with peace of mind when purchasing online.
